Legendary Invitational Tournament hosted by Twitch Blood Bowl League
The start date for this tournament is to be confirmed to coincide with the release of Legendary Edition on PC.
The Legendary Invitational Tournament is an inter-league competition providing the opportunity to prove the strength of your home league. This tournament will be run on the client for Blood Bowl 2: Legendary Edition on PC. Match days will roll weekly.
Each league is invited to nominate a set of four coaches to represent their league. Each league can enter one set per 100 coaches (or part of) active within the league. This means a league with 60 coaches would be able to enter one set, a league with 140 coaches would be able to enter two sets.
Each set will have four coaches who each enter a separate Blood Bowl team to the tournament. Within each set there can be no duplication of races. Matchups will be based upon individual coaches, so there is a possibility you will face a coach from your own league.
This tournament will be run in a resurrection format. This means that all teams remain the same between rounds (squad/skills/extras). No SPPs can be earnt during the matches. You will use the same roster in every match you play.
Team Races will be tiered in this tournament. See below for details of the tiering system.

Team Tiers
Tier 1 (Total Value 1220): Amazon, Chaos Dwarf, Dark Elves, Dwarf, Lizardmen, Necromantic, Norse, Orc, Skaven, Undead, Wood Elves

Tier 2 (Total Value 1240): Brets, Chaos, Human, High Elves, Khemri, Kislev, Nurgle, Elven Union, Underworld, Vamps

Tier 3 (Total Value 1270): Halflings, Goblins, Ogres

Each coach is required to build a team of at least 11 players and purchase skills (normals/doubles) from the total allocated to their tier using the ingame team editor. You may only put one additional skill on any player. You are not allowed to pick stat boosts as a skill advancement. You do not have to use all of this amount when building your team. Any surplus will be lost, but allow the purchasing of inducements in the pre-game phase.

Inducements
Due to the ingame system you cannot roster star players to your roster. However inducements will be available. This is the only way to add star players to your team. Exceptions to inducements you may pick are skilled mercenaries and wizards.
This is a slightly clunky system, however the ingame client does not allow the rostering of star players. Tier 1 teams may not purchase any inducements during this tournament.

The tournament will consist of six rounds with the first round being a random draw. Rounds two to six will be determined by a swiss draw system. Places within the tournament will decided by W/D/L record as per in the ingame table.

Titles
There are three titles on offer from this tournament:
Team winners: This will be the team of four coaches who achieve the highest combined places after six rounds.
Individual winner: The coach who places highest after six rounds.
Stunty prize: The coach of a Halfling, goblin or ogre team who places highest after six rounds.

Any questions, direct them to Cerumol or email directly to tbbl.league@gmail.com

Mr_Ogorki will enter with a human team
Felryan will play with his fetish Dark Elves
Allem will spread Chaos
Myself JRCO, for once won't play my beloved Vamp but will compete with Woodies as I believe 20 TV difference is not enough to provide any chance to Vamps against Agile teams in a resurection format.
