I have notice, that there are different results against AI team. Are those matches actually payed? Who plays for AI then?

Computer is not very good.......More bash oriented than Agile but somtimes its logic is bit hard to figure out.

I would like to ask if there will be any play-offs? If so, what rules for pairing? First team of one division with the last of second division and so on?

yes there are play offs :

First four team of each division are in.

First four Team of Division 1 are seed 1 to 4
First four Team of Division 2 are seed 5 to 8

A coach can't have two team in play offs, so If a coach qualify with two teams he has to choose which team to play. Next team of the division (5th place) of the team who declined replace that team.

First round of play offs and play offs three is :

Seed 1 vs Seed 8
Seed 3 vs Seed 6
Seed 4 Vs Seed 5
Seed 2 vs Seed 7

What is used as a tier breaker? TD? TV? Something else? For example in division 2 me and Filadeus both have 5 victories and 2 loses, but Filadeus is higher.

Tie Breacker are :

- Head to Head results
- TD differential
- Most TD scored
- Number of Wins
- If still Drawn : Coin Flip

Doubt it... because I won against Filadeus. Most likely TD difference is the first.

Nope.

We do not take ingame in case of equality I manually depart the draw.

Head to head is what will be applied to determine the seeding.
