Hi,
When can you play? My preferred times to play are:
Start around 20:00 - 21:00 OGT between Sunday and Thursday.
Start around 20:00 - 22:00 OGT Friday, Saturday.
I should be available on most evenings. I can probably manage a random time slot during the weekends if needed.

What about tommorrow, Friday at 22.00 OGT ?

Something unexpected happened at work, I will have to stay late.
I probably won't be abvle to play today.
Can we postpone ?
Would prefer to not play saturday or sunday if possible to avoid.
Would you be available to play Monday at 20.00 ?

Monday 20:00 sounds very good. To be honest I'm rather happy to go to bed early today.

Hi,
There's some critical fixing needed in the house that must be done asap. It should be done by the time we have out game, but I'm not sure of it. If everything goes to to hell, then I won't make it.

Let's re-schedule. It's going to be a long evening for me. Everything is going ok, but unsurprisingly I had to go to hardware store and that postponed everything a bit.
