Spartako lives in Italy and is UTC+2, 1 hour difference with you

Your are UTC+3, 10.30 UTC = 1 am your time which i believe would be too late for spartako.

so when Spartako proposed 8.30 UTC = 10.30 UTC +2 (= time in Italy)to my understanding his proposal meants 23.30 your time.
