New Ogham BB League

Hi,

I have read some annoucements for the release of BB3 in February. There is one point that's not clear to me: will we be able to create private leagues or not?
Has anyone informations about this key feature?

I haven't read anything about it, but I believe this feature will be included.

It is a must have, It has been implemented in BB1 & BB2. I can't imagine to be absent from BB3.

I can't find the video that I wathed some weeks ago about leagues. It was in French and they were just talking about an official ladder.
Anyway, I have already preordered the Brutal Edition
