Can anyone tell me the rules? I can't find any info anywhere.
I was assuming it was 2 or 3 up and down, but JJape mentioned Playoffs...?

The top 2 from each div go into play-offs 1st from div 1 vs 2nd from div 2 and visa versa. The 2 divisions are not tier'ed its based on TV i.e. I finished 2nd last season but been as my team was ruined in play-off my TV was still V.low so I am therefore still in "div 2"
