Hello,
when would you like to get this played. Next week I have Tuesday and Wednesday evening free. Possible other times, but unsure. The week after that I am on vacation, so free schedule.

What about Tuesday at 10 pm OGT ?

I just agreed my OCC match on that exact time. So need to be either earlier (7 pm OGT) or other day (Wednesday evening, Saturday, Sunday evening, Monday, Tuesday)

January 2nd, 3rd or 4th would be probably be most easy for me at 10 pm OGT
Shall we say Monday January 2nd ?
Would that work for You ?

I am sorry but something unplanned happened and I won't be able to play tonite.
Can we reschedule ?
- I can Tommorrow (Tuesday) at 9 pm OGT or later
- Or wednesday at 7 or 8 pm OGT
